All returns need to have a receipt and must be returned within 14 days. No refunds on worn shoes (unless misfit by salesperson) or open packages of socks and tights. Clearance items are non-refundable. If paid by check, the return will not be made until check has cleared the bank.
We will deliver in-stock items within a twenty mile radius the next business day. We do not include delivery costs in the price of our shoes and only charge $2 for delivery. This includes one free delivered exchange should the shoes not fit right. |
